Board of Governance

The Governance Board is focused on the mission and vision of Faith Community.  Faith Community's leadership structure is based on the “Accountable Model of Leadership” which includes the senior pastor leading, the board governing, the staff (paid or unpaid) leading and managing their respective ministries, and the congregation being equipped and unleashed to do ministry. Bll Webb, Board Member (Chairperson)

William (Bill) J. Webb, Jr MD.  Sandy and I have been married 50 years and have 6 children, 18 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.  I grew up in the church as a PK (preacher's kid) and first accepted Christ when I was 5.  The Lord has been patient with me through the years, continuing to draw me back to Him.  Our family moved to Huntington in 1976 when we started attending East State Street Church of God.  I retired from Family Practice in March 2016.  I have been involved with many boards but my passion has been Music and Worship, and Missions.  We led 3 church mission teams to Haiti and have made multiple trips with our family or other organizations to several countries.  I am excited to learn and serve on the new governance board and see how it will help our church become more outward in mission for Christ.
